About Us

Family owned & operated

Freshness is key with Alicia so a rotating cycle with the cheese, meat and spreads selected will be common. Flavors change due to seasons, cheese needs time to breathe and cured meats hang out for a long time until they are ready for the party.

Offerings such as BellaVitano cheese, Blue, Chevre (Goat Cheese), Double & Triple Creme Brie, Gouda (maybe you’ll get lucky with Truffle!), Manchego, Smoked cheese, and several kinds of cheddars will make their appearance in orders. The small batched meats will range from sweet sopressata, prosciutto, dry coppa, an array of salamis, and soon Wagyu Bresaola will be in the lineup. YUM!

You may need a moment to digest, the mouth-watering effects are typical when reading. Once you’re back to normal, Hill Country Grazing Co. is here to help you create grazing tables, boards and boxes for all occasions.

Our Story

Alicia Williams’ fondness of cured meats, aromatic cheese and mesmerizing spreads shared with her family, went from a blank butcher block to a full-blown charcuterie spread. Little did she know it would flourish into her own business in the present day just outside of Austin, TX.

During her childhood days she would accompany her father to his saddle shop after school. Hours of tinkering would accumulate and that entrepreneurial edge developed into making and selling hemp jewelry. The excitement of those sales fueled a dream to own her own boutique with a vintage touch on four wheels.

Alas, the tires may be missing but her heart still rolls on, with the vintage Hill Country Grazing Co. Every single order is created with top-notch ingredients by local purveyors. Whether you need a personal fix or a lavish spread to entertain your favorite peeps, you definitely grazed the right way.

From the Press

“Alicia with HCG co is quite possibly the nicest human ever, and is so freaking talented! We hired her just a few weeks before our wedding, and she suggested we meet for lunch to talk about the board details. She listened to every single detail, went above and beyond with the decor and inclusions, and was extremely patient, kind, and creative. She even surprised me with an additional small grazing board for my bridal party while we got ready, and individual boxed arrangements for my parents (who are very cautious about being in crowds due to covid). 100% would absolutely recommend!!!

I was born and raised in Austin, along with my two older brothers.  After graduating high school in 2004, I meandered around adulthood not really sure what to do with myself. But in 2008, my life began!  I married a gorgeous man who thrives on challenge and has a passion for business.  We wasted no time!  Within two years we had welcomed a baby boy, I got my real estate license, we started a commercial electrical contracting company and built a small home in Driftwood.  In 2016, my husband and I started investing in other industries like real estate development, precious metals, stocks and insurance.  I had never dabbled in the food industry before but after experiencing what Alicia had to offer, I knew I wanted to be a part of it.  In 2022, Alicia graciously accepted me as her partner.  I cannot wait to see what the future has in store for Hill Country Grazing Co.!
